Watch out for Marlo’s charm – it’s genuine – and she marries it with outstanding operational instincts and strong leadership ability.  Growing up on a farm with over 300 head of animals in rural New Mexico, Marlo developed an unmatchable work ethic from an early age.  Marlo is awe-inspiring on skis.  To see her ski is to understand who she is: Nimble, aggressive, daring, talented and decisive.

Marlo has been instrumental in planning and delivering transport services at numerous NFL Super Bowls, The World Equestrian Games, and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. She is also currently responsible for London 2012’s Paralympic Spectator Transport Planning. Additionally, Marlo supports planning for the Olympic Park Transport Malls as well as the Olympic Delivery Authority’s Directly Managed Transport Park-and-Ride Operations.

Marlo specializes in building strong operational relationships with stakeholders, working closely with organizing committees, clients, and local authorities to incorporate all relevant perspectives into sound delivery. Marlo is known in the industry for her diplomacy, efficiency, and charm. Her specialties include bus systems planning, bus operations, client services, and staff and volunteer recruitment and training.
